All sizes are for PDF files of standard
8.5" x 11" pages. The results were obtained by scanning
a page with OCR software at 300 dpi and creating a PDF
file from the resulting document. We highly recommend
using PDF files for your clips as scanned images can
take up to 1 MB or more per page.
Broadcast file sizes are impossible to
predict due to the various encoding options and
different formats available. That said, we took one
60-second video and converted it into different formats.
The results are listed below to give you some idea of
which formats may be most suitable for your work.
Note: This chart is meant as a
guideline only. This sizes of of your files may
be more or less than those stated below.
