My NetClips is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We only collect information that you choose to give us either through email, registration, profile completion, or some other method of direct contact with us.
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
Please note we respect the privacy of our members information and will not sell or rent any of this information at anytime to any third party outside of our company for any purpose that falls outside of this site's primary function.
That said, by necessity, in order for this site to function correctly, My NetClips must provide Employers with whatever personally identifiable information a Subscriber has chosen to share via his or her profile page. This information is used by Employers to contact Subscribers regarding interviews, job opportunities, and any other job-related information that the Employer sees fit to communicate.
We may contact you via email in the future regarding important changes to this site, such as changes to our terms of service or this privacy policy.
Any Subscriber who elects to post an anonymous resumé for job-hunting purposes, is also solely responsible for maintaining his/her privacy in whatever clips he/she chooses to post, and whatever information he/she chooses to reveal on the profile page. My NetClips will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from a failure to adhere to this policy.
Access to Data
You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our contact page:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and offline. &#nbsp;Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. &#nbsp;You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
Furthermore, for your safety, we do not store credit card numbers on our site.
Cookies
We do, however, use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive that helps us identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.
